For bespoke or custom-crafted items, processing times may vary. You will be notified of the estimated completion time during the ordering process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.


C. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to destination-specific regulations.


D. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at via the contact page within 5 business days of delivery to initiate a claim.


2. Returns and Exchanges

A. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Products that are eligible for return must not have been bought on discount or sale.

Items must be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Bespoke or custom-crafted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.


B. Return Process

To initiate a return:

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


C. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


3. Refund Policy

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued for:

Products that are eligible for refund must not have been bought on discount or sale.

Eligible returned items received in their original condition.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase excluding custom orders.


B. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards.

Bespoke or custom-crafted items.

Items marked as final sale.


5. International Orders

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country.
